Bub, owner of Bub's Used and New books store in Manhattan makes this offer. Dan just wants a book to read for the summer at the request of his girlfriend who thinks 'real books are sexy'. The 'guarantee' is definitely too good to be true, but Dan decides what the hell and goes along with the gag and buys the book. Dan finds out that some promises can be kept.
