Vom 19.Oktober 1944:'. Die Evakuierung der Ehefrauen mit Kindern zwingt die männliche Bevölkerung zu Einnahme des Essens in Gastwirtschaften. Trotz Vernichtung einer großen Zahl von Gastwirtschaften ist aber nicht Vorsorge getroffen worden,daß in den verbliebenen Gaststätten das Bedienungspersonal erhöht wird. Das gleiche gilt von den Lebensmittelgeschäften.'
